Have They All Gone Mad??? Congressman Gerry Connolly mocks IRS’s chief Obamacare enforcer with Salem witch trial questioning

My Comment:  I can’t believe this!  What are they putting in the Kool-Aid at the Capitol Cafeteria?  Are they all possessed?  This is not just funny, it’s downright scary!!  This humiliation, and threatening, is just down right crazy, it’s not normal behavior.  They are intent on making a laughing stock of America and her people.  So the IRS got caught targeting conservatives from Obama’s list and then refused to answer questions about it, and then made a mockery out of the whole process.  What have we become?

(Daily Mail)  A Virginia Democratic congressman showed his disgust for the Internal Revenue Service‘s Republican inquisitors on Wednesday by asking a key IRS witness if she is, in fact, a witch.

Sarah Hall Ingram, the administrator of Obamacare at the IRS, appeared before the House Oversight and Government Affairs Committee after a five-month series of promises and stalls by the Obama administration.

Republicans asked her about her agency’s plans for penalizing Americans who fail to sign up for health insurance, and about personal taxpayer information she allegedly shared with White House functionaries.

But Rep. Gerry Connolly saw the hearing as a witch hunt. He asked her about the 1692 Salem witch trials immortalized in Arthur Miller’s play ‘The Crucible,’

'You're under oath,' Connolly said with faux somberness. 'Have you been consorting with the devil? Are reports that you can fly accurate?'

‘You’re under oath,’ he said. ‘Have you been consorting with the devil?’

‘Not to my knowledge, sir,’ she answered.

‘Are reports that you can fly accurate?’

‘Uh, greatly exaggerated, sir,’ she responded with a practiced smirk.

‘I certainly hope not sir.’

‘You’re sure?’

‘Yes, sir.’
