The UN Human Rights Council has issued a report which indicated that the 11-month old child of a BBC journalist in the Gaza Strip was killed by rockets fired by Palestinian militants and not by Israeli airstrikes during Operation Pillar of Defense in November as was previously reported in the Western media.
